The room was lovely and the bed so comfortable. The seaside views were beautiful, and the hotel gym was brand new, so anyone who works out should give it a try. We stayed three days and two nights and enjoyed every moment. It feels private and premium, like stepping into another world as soon as you leave the street and enter the property. The tropical setting is full of nature and exotic charm. Staff were wonderful, friendly, attentive and very helpful. Coco Tam’s is close by, around a four-minute walk along the beach. Walk by the beach rather than the street, which takes about 15 minutes.

The beach was spotless and the hotel’s beach amenities were great, though the seabed was a little muddy. It didn’t really bother us, and perhaps it depends on the season. The location felt like the best in Samui to me, with fisherman’s village nearby and lots of shops, massage spots and good places to eat compared with other areas. The rooms and facilities were beautiful and well cared for, breakfast was solid, and the spa was gorgeous. The staff were attentive, caring and professional, with wonderful Thai hospitality and service. Our stay was simply amazing. ✨✨✨

I’m writing this at Koh samui airport, and I’m so sad to leave. My husband and I had the most special, magical honeymoon week at Anantara Resort. The location was a 10/10, within walking distance of the fisherman’s village market and other nice restaurants. The ocean view from the pool was amazing, and the resort food was great, especially the 10/10 mango sticky rice. Our rooms were clean and beautiful, the spa was incredible, and the staff were very friendly. They helped book our tours and arrange grabs and taxis. I can’t recommend this resort enough. Thank you, Anantara, for an amazing week!

Being able to celebrate our wedding here made our first stay unforgettable. Yui, our planner, kept everything running smoothly and was so professional and supportive. The hotel is gorgeous and close to Fisherman’s Village, and our room was lovely and spotless, with great housekeeping. Every person we met, from reception to the restaurant team, was warm and helpful. We’re grateful for a holiday and wedding we’ll remember for a lifetime.

We only wish we’d booked a longer stay. The setting beside Fisherman’s Village made it easy to explore, while the resort itself felt wonderfully calm. Anantara Bophut is beautiful, with tropical gardens and those striking giant water lilies, and the whole place brought The White Lotus to mind. Guilty was a favorite for both a laid-back poolside lunch, complete with its fun cotton candy touch, and dinner later on. The spa was another real highlight.
