Arisara has a lovely pool, a well-equipped gym with views over Bophut Bay or the mountains, and a rooftop terrace with BBQs and tables for dinner with family or friends. There’s also a large underground car park, and you can rent a scooter or car. Monthly prices start at 16,000 THB, depending on the season. Apartment 105 had recently been renovated and came with everything for day-to-day living: a fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, microwave, washing machine, and more. The living room was comfortable, with a 43-inch smart TV and a very comfy double sofa bed. I also liked the pool-facing balcony. The large main bedroom had a king-size bed, a queen’s wardrobe, and another balcony overlooking the pool. The bathroom was spacious, with a really nice shower head. The location works well too. Shops are a five-minute walk away, and Walking Street is about 15 minutes on foot. Fisherman village and the beach are about the same walking distance, or three minutes by car. The service was very nice, and the people working here were lovely. Highly recommend.

The condo I stayed in was due for renovation. Some furniture and electrical appliances were broken or nearly there, though the owner replaced the broken devices when I let him know. The building and shared areas also need some work, and the water was off for two days during my four-week stay. Quality varies a lot from one condo to another since it depends on each owner. You can find a very cheap place here, but set your expectations accordingly. This is a condo complex, not a hotel. It’s a bit out of the way, so having a car or scooter is best. There are quite a few stray dogs nearby because of a temple. They seemed friendly, though some may come up barking.

A quiet place with cafes and shops nearby, and Buddha temple, Fisherman village, and Bophut beach are all within walking distance. For anywhere else, you’ll need transport. The staff were welcoming and friendly. I liked staying in this apartment building, especially the large parking area, green garden, nice pool, and rooftop gym.

The pool is especially great for kids, and the staff are humble and quick to respond. WiFi was perfect, too. It’s close to some of the best areas to visit, so I’m looking forward to coming back soon.

We’ve just left after staying as a couple in apartment 74. It was fully serviced, with a shaded balcony at the back of the building. The place felt comfortable, calm, and private, with a smart atmosphere where everything seemed to have its place. I’m happy to share my impressions because it’s a lovely place to stay.
