The villa is accessible, with no stairs, so it could work well for someone with physical challenges. The couple who staff it were very nice, cooked good food and kept the villa clean. Still, for the amount charged, I expected a much better stay. The villa didn’t quite look like the photos, and much of the furniture was old and worn. The living room air conditioner was broken, with fans left to cool the room, which wasn’t what we paid for. The cupboards were made of very poor material. There are no guest toilets, so visitors have to go through a bedroom to use one. The bathrooms are cramped and old, and the drain in one room was blocked. At night a horrible bar next door blasted loud music until the early hours. There was construction next door too, making mornings really noisy. I was disappointed. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it, as there are much newer and better properties for less money.

Even with the weather a bit moody, we had a really good time at this villa. Big shout out to Luxury Villa samui for finding us a fab last minute deal and making our stay amazing. We’d recommend it.

I had a great time here. The beach was calm, and the service and location were great. One of the best villas I’ve stayed in.
