The rooms are arranged around a lovely pool at Baan Tropicana, and the beach and gym are close by. Jon was a great host and had plenty of suggestions for places to eat. There are two very sweet, well-behaved dogs who live there, so you should be comfortable around animals. I loved having them come visit me every day.

I had to cut my planned week down to just one night after an accident, but the villa was lovely, clean, and comfortable. The sheets were honestly the softest I’ve ever slept in, and the lush greenery and inviting pool made the place beautiful. Jon was really kind, helpful, and accommodating, even though he supports Liverpool FC 😝. I’d book again to enjoy a proper stay. It is a bit out of the way, though, so arriving late without transport leaves you with no nearby shop for water or anything else. A couple of bottles in the fridge might be a nice touch.

Ban Tai beach is one of Samui’s best-kept secrets, and this is a great place to stay nearby. I trained at fitkoh while I was here. Jon and Neesa were lovely and quick to respond whenever we needed something, and everything in the villa worked well. The rooms have a clean, basic Thai style and excellent wifi. Guests were friendly too, with all the rooms grouped around a refreshing pool that gave the place a little community feel. I’d happily stay again.

Ban Tai beach is beautiful and very close by. Jon and his wife were wonderful hosts, and everything in the villa worked well. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with excellent wifi. A lovely place to stay in koh samui.
