Being fairly central was about the only plus for me. The bathroom smelled really bad, and the room wasn't much better. We asked to change our booking dates and were told it was fine, but then we were charged anyway. The service was poor, she wasn't friendly or helpful, and nobody even showed us to the room. It felt overpriced and overrated. I wouldn't come back.

The sewage smell in both the room and bathroom was so strong that I got sick for four days straight. I still haven't got my appetite back, and honestly, the stay left me traumatized. It looked nothing like the photos. I bought air freshener, but it couldn't cover the smell. The woman at reception didn't speak English, which is completely fine, but she wouldn't look at me or even say hello. I've attached photos showing what it was supposed to look like and what it actually looked like.

My friends were sent to a different place that wasn't even a hotel, just some kind of low-quality accommodation, because the rooms we'd booked ahead weren't actually available. Check-in was a mess, with problems and demands for payment. I also saw the reception lady behind my room, trying to look through the window while pretending to clean it, as I was coming out of the shower. Not a good experience, and I definitely won't return. Don't gamble with your valuable time here. The photo shows the view from my room.

We ended up staying in Koh Samui longer than planned after getting food poisoning from bad street food in Koh Phi Phi. The hotel was nice and had good AC, though the bathroom smelled of drains.
