The room was extremely dirty, and instead of the promised view, my window faced a very noisy street where it was hard to relax or sleep. I'd paid $212 for an upgraded premium room with a good view, but got a standard room listed at $170 on the site. I asked at reception for the upgrade I'd paid for or a refund of the price difference. They refused, saying the hotel was fully booked. They charged for a higher room category but gave me a cheaper, substandard room with no compensation. Unfair. If accurate bookings and cleanliness matter to you, avoid this hotel.

I moved to another hotel after just one night. The pictures don't match what you get, and I don't think they have any rooms with a sea view. Staff were helpful, but told me the owner wasn't around. Think twice before booking. I was travelling alone in January 2026.

For the price I paid for a double private room, I was very impressed. I can't fault the room or the service. The hotel is right in the middle of Chaweng, close to local restaurants and amenities. Just know it won't be quiet on weekends.

A good budget place to stay in Samui. The private room was very good value, and reception staff were friendly and attentive. Highly recommend.

I had a spacious room and shower, and the bed was super comfortable. It was quiet enough for a perfect night's sleep, with everything nearby: the beach, restaurants, bars, the big mall, and the airport. The staff were really friendly and helpful 💖. The only bad part was having to leave. I'll definitely come back, eyes closed!
