We rented a motorbike for the day, but the back tire broke while we were riding. We called the number written on the bike and got no answer, then searched for another number and couldn’t reach anyone there either. Eventually we found a repair place and paid 200 baht, the same as the full-day rental price. The mechanic said the bike wasn’t well maintained and advised us to return it because it was dangerous. We went straight back to the hotel and explained what happened. They said it was our problem. We offered to leave the bike there and take a taxi back, but they threatened to call the police. When we said they should go ahead, she mentioned they had no insurance and offered to refund half the rental fee. We asked to switch to another bike since we’d paid for a full day, but she refused. We even read the day-rental contract, and she tried to make things up that weren’t written in it.

The beachside location is the real draw here, and the restaurant next door was lovely too. The decor feels a bit dated, but the setting more than makes up for it.

For less than $22, I got a clean, roomy place with air conditioning, a TV, fridge, sitting area, and balcony. Really nice room, would definitely recommend it.

It's well placed and fairly priced, but the staff were extremely loud, shouting to each other as they walked along the path to the beach.

We had such a nice time at this guesthouse. The rooms were good, the staff were lovely, and there's a nice restaurant right on the beach. Great place to stay. 👍👍👍
