The host was friendly, communicative, and did try to help. We also rented a scooter through him and got a better one than we had booked. Still, the rooms matched the photos only visually. Strong smells and cleanliness were a dealbreaker for us, and we wouldn’t recommend booking here even on a low budget. We’ve stayed in cheaper places on Koh Samui that felt cleaner and better maintained. This was a disappointing way to arrive. The complex seems to be an old hotel, with units owned by different people and rented through Airbnb, so the experience probably depends a lot on the host and unit. Our first room looked clean and had a nice pool view, but smelled strongly of something unpleasant, like vomit. We told the host, who came himself because the manager wasn’t available at short notice. Cleaning staff came, but it seemed they only used room spray, and the source wasn’t found or dealt with properly. We appreciated being offered a different unit in another building. The smell was better at first, but it soon became clear there was heavy air freshener and cigarette smoke, and it didn’t feel properly cleaned. We spent one very uncomfortable night there, then canceled after the first night despite having booked five. We still had to pay around half the total, originally roughly 50 EUR per night, but moving somewhere else was worth it. We’re now in a more expensive place on Koh Samui and are much happier. The complex also feels dated and a bit neglected. There are too few sunbeds by the pool, the gym equipment is old, and the air conditioning and some fans didn’t work properly. With maintenance, it could have potential, but there are issues in many areas.

The location worked really well, within walking distance of the main areas in Bangrak and Fisherman Village, with beaches and restaurants close by. I felt at home here. The room had a sea view over the pool that made me smile each morning, a great kitchen for cooking, and a comfortable, well-kept living space. The balcony was lovely for quiet days or evenings, and useful for drying laundry too. The girls looked after me well, coming weekly to clean and change the bed. Daria and her lovely team made the stay feel special. The complex has plenty to do, including great tennis courts that the room overlooks and a good gym downstairs. I’d love to stay again.

A relaxing place and good value for the money. The pool was a little dirty, and I wouldn’t expect great service from the staff.

No one was at reception, and there was nowhere to leave our luggage before check-in. We wasted a lot of time waiting for someone to show up. When I called asking them to come to reception, the lady hung up on me. The staff were unfriendly. This place is a joke.
