Erawan Villa Hotel

Augustin and the team’s response was a real bright spot in what wasn’t a perfect stay. Communication with Augustin was quick and professional. He apologized in person, explained what had happened, kept in touch, and genuinely tried to find solutions. The staff also made an effort to compensate us, which we appreciated. We did have a rough start at Erawan Villa Hotel. The private pool was green when we arrived, and we were told several times it would be fixed later that day, then by the next morning, but it took much longer than expected. Then a bathroom pipe suddenly burst and flooded the bathroom. Problems can happen, but taking responsibility and providing good service makes a big difference.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are so sweet. We had a lovely stay. Just keep in mind you can’t buy food or drinks at the hotel, though there’s a 7/11 right across the street.

We had a great stay, and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly or obliging. The room could use a few finishing touches to make it perfect.

The Deluxe room was spacious and comfortable, and the property itself is stunning, right across from the seaside. The pool on site was clean and well kept, and the staff were welcoming and kind. There were a few drawbacks. The bathroom was clean but had low water pressure. There was no mosquito net on the bathroom window, so opening it let insects in, and a small hole in the window became a problem at night with so many mosquitos. Also, there’s no breakfast, lunch, or dinner available at the property, so you’ll need to eat out for every meal.
