Worth every penny. The service is great, and you can book laundry and activities right at reception. There are private and shared pools, and you’re right on the beach. Breakfast is great, dinner is amazing, too. The massages on the beach or in your room were professional and really relaxing. This is the place to stay in Samui!

De Lar, the employee at the pool, was so polite and kind. I’ve rarely met a waitress or employee who was this friendly and helpful. You have a very good member of staff. Wishing her all the best. ☺️ Best regards.

The staff were lovely and accommodating, and our room was clean, large and spacious. Having cooking facilities was a real plus, and the balcony was roomy, though the view wasn’t much to look at. There’s good access to the beach and a nice pool area. The only drawback is how far it is from everything else. Grabs are expensive, so you’d definitely need to rent a bike.

The pictures are misleading. We booked a week here because we were excited about the ocean-facing pool and having a kitchenette. Our room was clean, but much farther from reception, the pool and beach than we expected. There were cracks in the cabinets and tile floor, and big gaps around the door let the cold air out. The whole pool area looked as if a hurricane had hit it and it had never been repaired. The deal breaker was my back. I hurt my lower back climbing out of the pool because the final step from the bottom was a solid 2.5-3ft drop. I should have taken the rickety handrail as a warning. I’m grateful my fiancé handled things. We left for safer accommodation, but had to pay a premium because we were booking last minute for a week. When he told the office that I’d hurt my back getting out of the pool, their first response was “no refund”. Rude and unprofessional. 10/10 don’t recommend.
