There are only 11 villas, so the place feels small and is kept in great shape. The grounds are clean and very well maintained, with a great sala, a pool table, two beautiful pools, and plenty of room. Lovely private villas with magnificent views, in a super location with easy road access and parking.

The kitchen was great for making meals whenever we wanted, and the Wi-Fi was fast enough to keep the kids busy when they weren’t in the pool. My family and I loved the villa, and the staff were fantastic. We’ll miss waking up to those views every day!

We arrived to a dusty room, a shower with no water pressure, and an AC remote without batteries. The manager also didn’t tell us at check-in, when she took our details, that electricity would be charged separately. That’s the first paid accommodation I’ve stayed in that did this. Some rude neighbors in the shared villa disrupted our stay. When we raised it, we were told they were “friends of the villa owners,” as if that was supposed to mean anything. The bed bugs were unforgivable. I woke up with insect bites all over my legs. There are much better places to spend your money in Koh Samui, and I can’t see myself coming back.

The villa was spacious and clean, and the sea view and pools were to die for. Nadia and the team were always there when we needed anything and so helpful. It was an absolutely perfect stay. Wish we were back waking up in paradise already. I recommend it to everyone!
