KC Beach Hotel Samui

My Swiss partner and I visited Koh Samui for the first time and stayed at KC Club Hotel from December 18th to 24th, in room 307. The room was clean, and the service across the hotel was excellent. We enjoyed the stay so much that we’d choose the hotel again if we return to Koh Samui. Pok, Sai and View at reception were always smiling and helpful. Ko, Ex and Ploy from the restaurant and bar were lovely and gave excellent service with constant smiles. My partner was especially impressed with them. Gam from sales was outstanding too. We were very impressed with everything the hotel provided. Thank you for the wonderful service!

KC Beach Bar & Restaurant is welcoming, clean and comfortable, with professional staff. X, Nate, Job, June, Jikkee and Noi all do a great job day after day, helping make our holidays comfortable with delicious meals and cocktails. They’re all lovely professionals who are always smiling. Highly recommend KC Club, and thanks to the whole team.

Friendly, great service made our stay enjoyable despite the resort feeling dated. The hotel is affordable and has plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Chaweng Beach is a busy area, with Samui Central Shopping Centre and local markets about a 10 minute walk away. There’s a nice pool with beach access, plus a restaurant and bar overlooking the ocean. Rooms have balconies, and some higher floors have good ocean views. Breakfast has a decent selection, with relaxing views and atmosphere. Poor weather kept us from making much use of the pool and beach, but I’d still recommend staying here. Room facilities are very basic and limited, with no minibar. Housekeeping could also be better. During our stay it felt like they did the bare minimum.

We’ll remember that evening for a long time. Everything was carefully planned, and the atmosphere was wonderful. We had such a great time. Thank you for organizing it all, sharing the beautiful pictures, and putting so much care and heart into making the night special.
