It’s a great value, and I’d stay here again. You’re right beside a busy area with plenty to see and do, but street noise doesn’t reach the room. The only noise I noticed was planes taking off, and that doesn’t go on overnight. Service was good, and although the rooms are a bit dated, they’re very comfortable.

I’ve stayed at Khun Resort Chaweng three times now. It’s well located and very clean, and the staff are always friendly. Whenever something in the room hasn’t worked right, they’ve come to fix it straight away. I’ll be back in 2026. Thanks for everything!

I found Khun Chaweng Hotel in Samui to be a relaxed, welcoming place, with friendly, helpful staff throughout my stay. It’s right in the heart of Chaweng, so the beach, restaurants, shops, and nightlife are all easy to get to, yet it was quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. The clean, comfortable room had the basic amenities I needed, and the price was very reasonable. A great budget-friendly choice for this location, highly recommended.

The towels were dirty, and the room and bathroom weren’t clean. There was mold in the bathroom. I wouldn’t recommend this place, and I definitely didn’t feel welcome.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful, and the place felt unwelcoming. The room was poorly maintained and dirty, with mold, rust, stains, and visible grime in the bathroom. The AC was running but didn’t cool the room properly, and planes kept flying overhead, making it hard to rest. There was no hair dryer in the room. To use one, you have to leave a 200 THB deposit and pay 50 THB per day, which feels ridiculous when even basic hotels usually include one. It comes across like they’re charging for essentials. For two people, the amenities were just two small bars of soap and one tiny shampoo, which isn’t acceptable.
