Koh Koon

Getting to the property wasn't too difficult, though some people did manage it by bike and I wouldn't recommend that. Once there, my family felt very welcome thanks to the accommodating staff. There were lots of activities, entertainment and facilities, and the stay at Koh Koon felt like a full five star experience.

The hilltop view is priceless, and the property is only a short drive from the airport. There’s plenty of space around the grounds, which were kept in great shape. Our group had room to be together or find some personal space, thanks to the clever room layouts. Praew and her team were attentive without hovering, and she often anticipated what we needed. The food was excellent throughout, and the housekeeping team worked hard and were meticulous.

Praew and the whole team made our trip something we’ll never forget. Praew, the villa manager, is a lovely person and incredibly professional. The food was wonderful, and everyone involved in looking after the property clearly knows their craft. If you treat the staff with respect, they’ll give you an experience you won’t forget. We only booked Koh Koon a few days before leaving for Thailand, after a last minute cancellation, and we’re so glad it worked out that way. The rooms were immaculate, the common areas beautifully designed, and everything was spotless. It’s a beautiful estate in paradise. I’d hesitated because there weren’t many reviews on airbnb, google or bookingdotcom, but I’m glad we didn’t let that put us off. From Jordan and the team.

I’m a Thailand wedding photographer and love shooting weddings at Koh Koon. The venue in the Koh Samui hills is unique, with a stunning backdrop for the day. The staff are professional and attentive to detail, which helps everything run smoothly. Looking forward to photographing there again this year!
