Louise is the reason this place feels like paradise. She’s warm, friendly, always smiling, and there whenever you need help or advice. Even if you call in the middle of the night, she’ll arrive within minutes. This was our third visit to Lipa Talay, and it was just as peaceful and wonderful as before. The whole area, the villas, and the pool were clean and very well maintained, and there’s a private beach too. We’ll be back in the coming years. Thanks to the company and Louise. A big hug and warm greetings, Willi Traub and Susanne Zosel.

The villa was stunning, and the sunset from the private beach was amazing. We had a lovely stay, and the host was friendly, helpful, and great to communicate with. I’ll definitely come back at some point!

There’s a woman named Jenni in the neighborhood who removed her door because she didn’t want to keep it closed. She has four feral dogs, two of which bite and chase people. I asked politely about it, but I wouldn’t recommend walking around this neighborhood. For your and your family’s safety, I’d stay away. Lipa Noi has plenty of lovely places, so try another villa down the street, outside this neighborhood.

The real treat was having a private pool where we could swim even at night, in complete privacy. We stayed at Lipa Talay Jed, Villa 104, one of a group of similar but distinct villas. It had a large, beautiful pool and a big bedroom. Our family of three was very comfortable, including our 14-year-old daughter, who slept on the extra bed. The villa was clean, tastefully decorated, and had everything from a microwave to a kettle. It’s quiet, right where the sun sets, and sits on a peninsula overlooking two beaches, so you can choose which one to visit. If you want to explore farther, you’ll need a scooter or car. Still, it’s nice to have the option of heading to busier areas and then relaxing here. For a price better than or similar to a hotel room, I’d choose a whole villa again. Louise, the on-site manager representing some of these villas, was welcoming and constantly available to help. Nanus is just 100 meters away, with Italian food and unbeatable carbonara and pizza. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you!
