The villa itself is nicely laid out, with attractive, practical rooms and a fully equipped kitchen. It sits just outside Mae Nam, about a 3-minute scooter ride or a 15-minute walk. Getting around is the drawback: there’s no supermarket or similar place nearby, so having a car feels almost essential. There’s no view either, since the property is enclosed by walls or hedges. I’m taking stars off because the agreed check-in time wasn’t handled properly, and the electricity and water weren’t set up before I arrived. Those were sorted out only while I was staying there. The safe and a door that was stuck and couldn’t be opened were still unrepaired when I left, despite promises to fix them.

We spent three months here with our family in 2023, and the peace and quiet made it the best villa we’ve stayed in anywhere in Thailand, especially on Koh Samui. We’d definitely return.

Everything we needed for a great stay was there. The villa is part of a little group of five, each with its own grounds and pool, and cleaning comes every three days. We had a wonderful holiday.

Katia gave us a lovely personal welcome and was such a charming host. The contemporary house is beautiful and recently built, with excellent amenities and a handy spot close to town, restaurants, and the beach. Housekeeping is daily, and there’s a pool attendant and laundry service available.
