Marasca Samui - Small Luxury Hotels of the World Hotel

Marasca Samui was a relaxing, luxurious place to stay, with stylish, comfortable rooms and a hotel that felt modern, beautiful, very clean, and exceptionally well cared for. Mo deserves a special thank you for her warm welcome, kindness, and constant smile. She was a huge help throughout my stay and made it even more enjoyable. The whole hotel team showed excellent hospitality too. I highly recommend Marasca Samui and would happily return.

The sea views were stunning, whether in the morning or at sunset, and helped make the whole stay feel calm and luxurious. I also really enjoyed the food. It was consistently excellent, full of flavor, and beautifully presented, so dining at the hotel became a real pleasure. Service was just as memorable. Everyone was warm, attentive, and professional from the start, and the care felt natural rather than scripted. The staff anticipated what I might need and were ready to help or offer advice, which made things easy and relaxing. As a Hilton Honors status guest, I felt recognized and valued, with a personalized approach and genuine attention to detail. Marasca Samui brought together high standards and sincere hospitality. My stay exceeded expectations, and I’d gladly return and recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, great service, and a memorable visit.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and well kept, and the food was incredible, with lots of delicious options. But what really stood out was the staff. Everyone I met was kind, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. I highly recommend the hotel and would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was a highlight for me. There was a buffet as well as an unlimited à la carte menu, so I could order freshly prepared dishes and still enjoy the buffet. The hotel app was also really handy for messaging the staff and borrowing things from Marasca by U. It felt convenient and efficient. We were there with family, and from arrival the staff were welcoming and friendly. They even recognized my son, which made us feel special. I liked the welcome ritual too, it was thoughtful and tied in beautifully with Koh Samui’s story and culture. Our room was very comfortable, and the super king-size bed worked perfectly for the family. At turndown they left sleep amenities to help us rest, so I didn’t need to ask for an extra bed. Because we arrived on a Saturday, we got to enjoy the pop-up food station with burgers and hot dogs. The Afro house music fit the beach club atmosphere so well. Thanks to all the staff for such a warm welcome and lovely stay. I’ll definitely come back and highly recommend this spot on Koh Samui! 😊
