The restaurant was a nice surprise, with good food at fair prices and tables right on the beach. It’s also an easy walk to Lamai night market. The bungalows are lovely and sit right by the water, and I’d happily recommend them. We paid a bit extra for our own bathroom and AC, though the shared bathrooms were very clean too. The room fans were enough to keep us cool at night. Staff were friendly and worked hard.

We had a great five days here. It’s a lovely family-run place, with simple but cozy bungalows and clean, adequate bathrooms. The prices are more than fair, the restaurant is nice, and everyone was very welcoming. Thank you! Elena & Sam from italy

The beach is sometimes dirty, but the bungalows are right on it. I’d recommend the hostel. The “superior room” is much more comfortable than the smaller ones, which don’t have closets or room for luggage and clothes. The staff are super friendly, and the pad Thai is the best. They also have their own restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The woman running this place is like the mum you never had, so warm and on top of everything. It’s literally on the beach, the food is great for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the whole place exceeded what I expected. Highly recommend.
