Nikki Beach Resort - Beach Front Star 2

We visited friends at Nikki Beach Koh Samui and had a fantastic day. It's one of the nicest Nikki Beach locations for us. The oceanfront beach club has a great feel, with good food, music, attentive service and a setting that's beautiful but still relaxed. A lovely place to spend a sunny day with friends, highly recommended.

We felt looked after throughout, especially by Nan and Care at the front, who were friendly and helpful, and by our driver Noom, who was reliable, professional and great to deal with. The staff really elevated the stay. The resort had a relaxed but premium feel, whether we were unwinding or enjoying the beach club, and everything felt easy. The rooms were immaculate, fresh and comfortable, and the food was a highlight at every meal. Service was attentive without being too much. We couldn't find anything to fault during our stay. It was our first time at a Nikki Beach, and it exceeded our expectations. We're already looking forward to coming back.

The quiet location was the only drawback for us. We spent a lot on grabs getting around, though if a peaceful side of the island is what you're after, this spot is perfect. The stay itself was one of the best trips of my life. I had the breakfast package and loved it. Fai Beer, one of the waitresses, was so kind and helpful every morning, with such a lovely smile and energy. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful, and greeted us whenever they saw us. Thanks so much, nikki beach, it was amazing!!!

The quieter pool near the rooms was a great place to relax. The beach club gets busy on weekends, which wasn't quite my preference, but that's personal taste. The beach itself also wasn't as beautiful as Chaweng, for example. Even so, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. Everyone on staff put in a real effort to make guests comfortable. The breakfast team were friendly and welcoming each morning, the beach club staff worked hard to create a nice experience, and housekeeping kept everything spotless and in great condition. They were polite and dedicated, and deserve recognition. I hope I haven't forgotten anyone. The food was excellent too. My evening room service order was delicious, and you could tell care had gone into making it. We had a great experience overall.
