OZO Chaweng Samui

The pool was the standout for me, huge, well kept, and roomy enough to swim or relax without feeling crowded. It was a fun, refreshing part of the stay. The rooms were on the small side and felt a little tight at first, but they were clean and well laid out. Everything we needed was there, and the design made the space practical.

Those sunrise views over the water are amazing, and breakfast was a real treat. I especially liked the latte maker. OZO is right on the beach, and the pool is clean and looked after well. The room was exceptionally clean, and I slept like a baby because the bed and pillows were so comfortable. Jeab and Billy were so friendly and accommodating at the poolside bar near the beach. This is hands down one of the best hotels in Koh Samui. I had an incredible vacation here and will definitely come back. Five-plus stars!

We’ll be coming back. From arrival through checkout, everything went smoothly, and the staff were friendly and gave great service. Check-in took about five minutes. The pool is large and connects directly to the beach. Our room was spacious, the toilet was clean, and daily housekeeping was excellent. They left water each day, and the coffee, tea, and kettle were all complimentary. There are two food options on site: a burger and steak place by the entrance for lunch and dinner, and the resort restaurant, which serves breakfast and lunch. We thought the food and drinks were fantastic. Best place we’ve stayed in Thailand.

Malika made the whole process feel easy and reassuring. She was warm, patient, professional, and quick to respond, and handled my requests with real care. She was also flexible and went well beyond what I expected to help. Thanks to her and the team at OZO Hotel for such excellent service.
