Chaweng is a prime spot, close to events, clubs and restaurants, and the hotel is beautiful. The staff were helpful and respectful. We used the laundry service several times, which was handy. It rained while we were there, and I even captured a video that felt incredibly romantic.

We booked for 17 days but left after 6. The music from next door went on all night, from midnight until after 5am, and we just couldn’t cope with it. The sound bar next door was terrible.

BED BUGS everywhere, hundreds of them. The place was disgusting and filthy. When I showed the staff, they laughed at me and were very rude. One of them said if I wanted 5* I should go to a 5* hotel. They refused to refund me even though I didn’t stay there. I couldn’t upload the video, but there were hundreds of them. Worst place I’ve stayed in Thailand, and the people were very, very rude. Stay well away unless you want to catch a disease. Save your money and book somewhere else.

The entrance was constantly blocked by scooters, and there was bird poop on the balcony. The music from next door was so loud we couldn’t sleep until 5 AM. This hotel is absolutely terrible.
