We hadn't booked the villa we ended up in, but the team upgraded us to a huge house that would be ideal for two families. Palm and the team were wonderful and couldn't do enough for us. They even cooked a delicious breakfast each day to set us up for the day. The walk up to the hotel is quite steep, and Grabs only take you as far as the gate. Palm was always happy to drive us between the beach and the property until 4.40pm. There are lots of nearby restaurants, and a Grab to the busier Chaweng Beach cost about 420 baht.

Their kindness and hospitality really touched me. They treated us with so much respect and gratitude. The property is spacious and nice, and they went the extra mile by getting us fruit and coffee very early in the morning because we had an early flight. Looking forward to visiting again 🙂
