Pinnacle Samui Resort SHA Plus

The pool looks straight out to the sea, and the whole place feels like a botanical garden as soon as you walk in. We stayed six days and had a great time. Our bungalow was spacious with good air conditioning, and the staff were friendly, cleaned it daily, and brought fresh towels each day. The shower kept switching between hot and cold, but since it was so hot outside, the cold water didn't bother us much. The bed was quite hard at first, then they added new mattress toppers to all the rooms, which made it softer. Breakfast was good, nothing fancy, but no complaints. We didn't get why some reviews call the location remote. There's plenty just outside, including places to eat and a 7-11 about 1,200 meters away, roughly a 15-minute walk. Scooter rentals are only a short walk away too. I didn't have an international licence, so I couldn't rent one, but a Grab taxi arrived in two or three minutes and could take us to lots of places. If you want a quiet place to relax in natural surroundings while still having easy access to the main sights, I can definitely recommend staying here.

I've stayed here before, and I'll be back next year too. This visit was three weeks, and it had everything I needed to unwind and recover from a stressful life. The staff and the food were both really nice, and even at 30 I didn't get bored. Right outside, there was good food, a very good muay Thai Gym, and cheap, good massages. After a few days, the place feels familiar. The bungalows are beautiful, too. If you want somewhere quiet, I really recommend the pinnacle resort. Thanks for the time here ❤️

We're in the middle of a 14-night stay and have had a great time. Pat at the front desk has been a huge help, arranging transportation for our next stop and contacting the next hotel to make sure everything is set. The grounds crew are friendly, and housekeeping has been accommodating. Breakfast at the restaurant is well worth the extra cost with the room. Everything about the stay has been great, highly recommended.

We ended up booking at the last minute after missing our ferry off koh samui. The bungalows and surroundings were beautiful, and the secluded beach was mostly clean. It's a little out of the way, but being next to the pier is handy for boat travel. There weren't enough staff, especially in the bar and kitchen, so service was slow and patience ran short. The food and drink options were limited, even though a wide selection was advertised.
