Presidential Villa by The Kala Samui

We stayed in a villa and had an amazing experience from the start. On arrival, they had arranged a lovely honeymoon surprise on the bed. The view was stunning, the villa was very clean, and we had a lovely private pool. The location was convenient for getting to many places. Whenever we needed anything, service was available 24 hours and very quick. Tran and James were especially kind, helpful, and professional, and assisted us with everything. They made our stay feel perfect. Highly recommended for couples and honeymooners.

The spa service was amazing, and the staff were so friendly and attentive. The rooms are clean and cosy, the hotel has a lovely look, and breakfast was good. The sea views are beautiful, though the trees and the location mean the villas and poolside get very little sun. The other pool villas looked quite shady and dull. We tried to switch villas but none were available. If sun matters, go for the suite.

At Kala Samui Hotel, we had a lovely, peaceful room with loads of space, a huge balcony among the trees, and a beautiful sea view. Breakfast had plenty of variety, and there are yoga sessions and spa treatments too. What really made the stay was how warm everyone was, from reception to the restaurant team. They answered all our questions with a smile and seemed genuinely interested in us. We enjoyed it so much that we can’t wait to return. Ko was absolutely wonderful :)

The hotel is beautifully designed, very clean, and the rooms are spacious. Breakfast was excellent, and the location is convenient. Just keep in mind that it sits right beside the street, so a room nearer the sea should be quieter. There isn’t much within walking distance either, so I’d strongly recommend renting a scooter. The staff were exceptionally friendly throughout, every employee was warm and attentive.
