Saree Samui

We had a lovely time in these beautiful beachside villas. The outdoor bathroom was a highlight, and breakfast had lots of choices. I’d seen a review mention leaves in the bath, but staff clean every day and it wasn’t an issue for us. There are lots of little restaurants tucked around the property. I’d definitely come back.

We had a small, intimate wedding here, and the whole staff helped organize the ceremony. It turned out wonderfully. We also spent a week at Saree as a family with our nine-month-old daughter, and felt right at home. The staff were so sweet with her, and our clean, comfortable bungalow had everything we needed. The beach is amazing, especially for catching the sunrise. Thank you so much, Team Saree!

We liked it so much that we extended our stay while we were there. The gardens and setting are beautiful, and our room with a private pool was lovely. Both the room and bathroom were huge, with the bath and shower outdoors in the garden. We visited outside high season, so it was very quiet. The staff were lovely, especially manager Lek, who looked after us and made us feel at home. We ate at the restaurant once, and the food was very good, though there are excellent places to eat within walking distance nearby. The pool area was kept clean and tidy. One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in.

We stayed here two years ago and came back to find the bathrooms renovated. The rooms are roomy and comfortable, with outdoor showers. The pool is great, and the beach was clean and quiet. You can see the Lomprayah ferries, but they’re far enough away that they don’t get in the way of swimming. If you’re taking one to another island, it’s within walking distance. Breakfast was good, and there are plenty of spots to sit, lounge, or sunbathe. I love this resort and Mae Nam beach, and would stay again if we return to Samui.
