I went at the end of December 2025, when the sky was clear. The sea was blue and clear, with crystal stone, and the location works well for relaxing if you rent a bike. I booked a room with pool access and a sea view, and it was great, though you need patience and should ask them nicely. The place is short on staff and management, and needs maintenance. My room was a little unclean and the water pressure was low. There wasn't any local food nearby. The Wi-Fi was good, but they don't see your messages through booking websites. The CEO really needs to work on managing this resort. If those things don't bother you, it could be a safe budget choice.

We enjoyed our time, and the beach is the best on the island, but the place needs a lot of maintenance and better management. Service staff do their best, so please be understanding. If you're nice, they'll accommodate you better. Room 603's air conditioner didn't work. My main advice is not to pay up front. Ask to see the room before completing check-in. We also have to do our part. 👌🤗

The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and their warm, attentive service made sure we were comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and enough, with a beautiful sea view. The location is stunning and the hotel has everything you need. I stayed four nights at The Bay Samui Resort in Koh Samui and was very satisfied. The price felt right for what we got.

The staff were very nice, and the rooms are large with comfortable beds. The rooms could be cleaner, though. The pool itself was clean, but they didn't seem to sweep around it or clear debris off the beach. Each morning I picked up about a trash can's worth from the beach.

I'm the CEO of HappyViaggi Co Ltd Thailand Travel Agency TAT11/12049. Our clients, Pax2 Agnese Peciarolo, stayed at this dump from August 1st to 5th. They left after the first night, so we had to move them to another hotel, and we weren't refunded for the remaining three nights. The photos on the platforms and website are completely misleading. The resort is abandoned, and the staff are absent and rude.
