The Privilege Ezra Beach Club Hotel

The room looked nice and the bed was comfortable, and the place would suit someone after a photogenic stay. But there wasn't much in the way of amenities or good service. A few staff members were unfriendly, and it felt like another problem cropped up every hour. Some staff were lovely, but the good moments were overshadowed. The food and drinks were passable, though not worth lingering over.

I liked being able to slide the glass door open and step straight onto the pool deck, and the long, narrow infinity pool was lovely. It was good value, and I'd come back. The music went on until 10pm, which my mother-in-law didn't enjoy. There also wasn't much room to put things in the bedroom, with no nightstands or suitcase stand, so our belongings ended up on the floor.

The ocean view made for a peaceful, relaxing stay, and the room was clean and comfortable. Everything was well organized, and the staff were both friendly and professional. The service was outstanding. Highly recommend!

The staff were consistently helpful and friendly, though the extra charge for a blanket was a management issue. We had to discuss it before being told the charge was “normal,” which it definitely isn't. The room also smelled a little musty whenever we switched on the air conditioning, and it wasn't as clean as we'd expected. The property was decent for its price and much as earlier reviews suggested: okay, but nothing special.
