The Terraza Condo

I was seriously impressed by the quality of the building and furnishings. The location is incredible too, with access to Beach Road, 300 meters from the beach, and Lamai Soi 2 at the back, which takes you to the bypass road and the big supermarkets. Lamai beach itself is just great.

We had an amazing stay in b411 on the 4th floor. The beach and restaurants are very close, and you can easily walk to them through the back door.

Everything is just a five-minute walk away, from the beach to restaurants and shops. The complex is very new, and the prices are unbeatable. Such a convenient location!

I love my condo, but I've got a lot of questions for the staff and management. Why is there a billiard table in the gym but no balls? They're unavailable on weekends, and I have to ask the receptionist for them sometime between 9 and 5 and make a note when I take them. Why can't I play at 7 pm? Is this a joke? If you're worried the balls might get damaged or stolen, why not worry about damage to the other gym equipment and items too? By that logic, you should hide everything from your own guests, not just the balls. It makes no sense. Remove the table or make the balls available at any time. Why isn't there a small shower for washing sand off your feet after the beach? That's just stupid not to have. The pool is dirty, and the staff pretend to clean it, but it doesn't help. The tiles look just as dirty as before. Lots of guests smoke weed near the pool in the common area and even on balconies. I don't think that's allowed, but the staff do nothing about it. It's also unclear why you hire receptionists who don't speak English. Only one girl speaks English.
