Timeless Hostel

The beachside location has several shops along the street, and scooter rental is only 200 baht a day. The atmosphere was relaxed and sociable, easy to meet people, but it isn't a party hostel, so sleeping was easy too. Rooms were amazing and very clean, the staff were friendly, and the owner was especially helpful. The restaurant had good breakfast and food options at a good price.

William made the hostel feel like home. He's friendly and great at bringing guests together in the common areas, even during COVID when there were fewer people around. He helped me with bookings and a taxi when my Grab app wasn't working. He trained as a chef in Naples and makes fantastic pizza, and the hostel also serves delicious, authentic Thai food. The hostel itself is clean and comfortable, with great AC. Chaweng Beach is very close, with lovely sunrises and soft white sand, and it's convenient to get to the airport, pier, or town by taxi or motorbike. Highly recommended!

The food and the other staff were lovely, especially Cherry. But the manager let the place down. When we raised an issue that we were willing to resolve, we found him exceedingly obnoxious. One of the waitresses even had to apologize for him. We'd have left after one night if we hadn't already paid for both. Such a pity.

The owners were kind and happy to answer all our questions, and the rooms were very clean for a really good price. They have the best pizza, and you can ask to share a meal with them. I'm vegetarian, and they made us a great Thai meal. We had such a good time and would absolutely recommend this hostel to anyone staying in Koh Samui.
