Our room was clean and spacious, and the pool area was lovely, with sun for most of the day. There's a free pool table beside reception. Chaara or Chaaya at reception was great, helping us arrange a moped and being flexible about the rental, including the low deposit and return time. We stayed three nights and couldn't fault it. Definitely recommend it, and we'll keep it on our list for next time :)

The staff were generally attentive, and the price was very affordable, but the stay felt average. My room wasn't especially clean, the shower hose was really short, and the pool didn't seem well maintained. I paid extra for breakfast, which was okay. The place has a lot of potential, so it's a shame. I don't quite get all those glowing five-star reviews.

If you want somewhere quiet with the mountain nearby, while still being close to the center, this hotel works well. The rooms are really good, and there's a nice area to hang out with a pool, bar, and games. The food was okay, though it could be a bit better. Staff were kind and very attentive. Thanks for everything!

We spent a month here in the family room and loved the resort. It's close to both the jungle and the city, and the staff are lovely. The Thai food is tasty and affordable. 🙏❤️

The staff are really nice, and the pool is great. Rooms were good too, though the showers sprayed water everywhere. It's a little tucked away from the rest of Lamai, but it's a good hotel and the Thai food is nice and cheap.
