U Hub Chaweng Hotel

The communication between staff was poor, and the way I was treated felt rude and unprofessional. I arrived around 5 AM and was told I could check out at 2 PM, which I accepted before going to sleep. At noon, Milde knocked loudly enough to wake me, then my electricity was cut. When I explained what I’d been told, the response was that it wasn’t their problem. A very bad experience.

The room itself was okay, but the service needs a lot of work. I stayed 13 days and it was never cleaned, even though I asked 4-5 times. The rate wasn’t cheap, either. I’ve stayed in hotels all over the country and never had this happen.

The garden is large and lovely, and the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. It felt like good value for the money. Still, we waited 2 hours to check in, and during our 10-day stay nobody cleaned the rooms.

Parking was convenient, and the room was okay: no musty smell and clean bedsheets. I did find one cockroach, though. Reception could use some training, since they kept making mistakes during the day. They got the booking, the room, and even the number of beds wrong. If they improve that, the hotel could become more popular.
