The staff and security guards were so kind, and the housekeeping team kept our room spotless and organized every day. Japan was a hero on our last night, going out of her way to help when I lost my AirPods. Thank you for all the kindness and help! We had a rental car, so the hills weren’t a big issue. Finding the entrance on the way back each day was frustrating, though. There are two entrances, and the one we were meant to use wasn’t on the maps and was very hard to spot from the street. The gym opening at 8 was also frustrating since we wanted to work out earlier. The room and staff were the best part.

The view from our room was amazing, but given the difficult location, I wouldn’t recommend this property. Even with a car, the road in and out is narrow with tight turns and stressful to drive. Taxis charge at least 300 baht for even a short trip nearby. My family and I stayed on the residence side for a week. The room was spacious and the air conditioning worked very well, but the water pressure and heater were poor. The shower kept switching between hot and cold with no warm setting, which made washing my long hair especially hard. Maintenance came to fix the heater, but water leaked everywhere the next day. I think the heater was old, rather than the maintenance team being at fault. Residence guests don’t get the same service as guests on the hotel side. It felt like we were treated as second-class guests. Hotel guests have a shuttle to go down the hill, but residence guests don’t. Living costs in Samui in 2026 are at least 30% higher than the past year. P.S. We’ve visited Samui almost every year.

I rarely post reviews like this, but people should know what happened. I booked months ahead for over $1,400. When I had to change my plans, the hotel offered a one-time rescheduling option valid for six months, so I assumed we could settle on new dates and moved forward. I tried repeatedly to confirm dates, both through Booking.com and directly by email. No response at all. I followed up over time about the reschedule THEY had offered. Booking.com also contacted the property for me, and the hotel ignored them too, twice. Months later, after my original check-in date had passed, they finally replied: “Sorry for the delayed response, we can't do anything.” That was the whole answer. By then the booking was lost, with no stay, resolution, or accountability. Had they not offered to reschedule, I would have kept the booking or made the trip. I changed plans because of THEIR offer, then they disappeared when I tried to use it. This isn’t simply a non-refundable policy issue. They offered a solution, ignored me when I tried to take it, then hid behind policy. If you’re traveling internationally or need to communicate about a change, think twice before booking. Don’t expect a timely reply or follow-through if something goes wrong. This was horrible, low-tier hospitality. I’m still trying to resolve it through Booking.com, and I don’t think this should happen to anyone, especially at this price. Proceed with caution.

Room service was quick, fresh, and always brought with a smile. The views were stunning and made each morning feel like a dream. We absolutely loved staying here. It’s one of the best places for a group, with plenty of space, comfort, and a great vibe throughout. We’d 100% come back. Highly recommend!
