The sunsets were lovely, and the beach was close enough for my elderly aunt to walk to. She could paddle in the pool’s shallow section too, then relax on the big bed by the beach while I read in the morning. It felt magical. We picked this place for the beach, two large bedrooms, and pool, and it exceeded our expectations. Modern, luxurious, beautiful, and spotless. The living room had comfy sofas and a big smart TV, and the bathrooms had both showers and bathtubs. We rented a car, though Grab was also an option for rides and food delivery. The nearby restaurants were very good, especially the Thai ones like P’orn, and the excellent Italian place Nani’s was an easy walk away. Our host Pittaya was kind, attentive, and quick to respond. I hope I can vacation in Lipa Noi again!

The hostess showed us around and explained everything really well. We stayed for 10 days as a family and were very happy with the place. It had what we needed for a quiet stay, including a washing machine and a well-equipped kitchen. Mornings came with birdsong, and in the evenings we could watch geckos. A lovely spot for a family holiday, I recommend it.

The pool became our favorite place to unwind together, and the villa itself had everything we needed for a comfortable family stay. It was spacious, spotless, beautifully looked after, and exceeded our expectations. Pittaya, the manager, made the arrangements feel easy from our first contact through the end of the trip. She was responsive, helpful, and genuinely caring, and we always felt welcome and looked after. The setting was peaceful, with the beach, shops, and good restaurants conveniently nearby. We came away relaxed and with lovely memories. We’d happily return and recommend the villa to anyone planning a stay in Thailand.

We’d be glad to return. The villa was great, well equipped, and had a lovely pool. It’s in the peaceful village of Lipa Noi, near Nathon, and the hostess was wonderful and easy to reach. The beach is fantastic too, though you’ll need a car or moped.
