There’s a long-term resident named Jenni who owns a house and acts as if she owns the neighborhood. She has four very feral dogs, two of them bite and chase people, including children. She refuses to close her door, even when she’s away. When asked to close it, or when someone did so while she was out, she got angry. Eventually, after being told too many times, she had the door removed. I wouldn’t recommend staying in this neighborhood. There are plenty of other places along Lipa Noi beach for a better holiday.

The private beach was a dream, with white sand, rows of coconut palms, and hardly any tourists. It’s a one-minute walk away, and you can see fishermen in the morning. The villa’s pool was another highlight during my 10-day stay. The management team was excellent. Louise (Pittaya) was especially helpful and always reachable on WhatsApp. It was a relaxing, wonderful vacation. Thanks again for everything. Best wishes from Lukas in Germany.

The villa is perfectly fine. But I’ve read the comments about the neighbor and can confirm them. I walk with four dogs that don’t listen to her, run up to people, and look sick. She doesn’t respond when asked to take them away. Someone should do something about it.
