Villa Obsidian

The peaceful setting and privacy were a big part of what I loved at Villa Obsidian. I could get good internet coverage for work and set up by the pool under the gazebo. The infinity pool and spa were highlights, and I started and ended each day with a swim. We spent six magical days and five nights here. Very rarely has a place exceeded my expectations, but this was one of those times. The accommodation was luxurious, with quality beds and bedding, and polite, respectful staff serviced the rooms daily. On arrival, we were made to feel like celebrities. The staff were friendly and informative, and their suggestions about where to go and what to do were so well suited to us. We found the best tourist attractions and restaurants, along with local spots where we didn’t see another tourist. We’ve already decided to return next year, as there’s still plenty we didn’t get to do. If you get the chance to treat yourself, this is the place.

The arrangements were smooth and handled professionally, from cleaning and gardening to chef services and motorbike rentals. Communication was easy, and every request got a positive response. This villa is new, modern, and decorated with clean lines. It sits above Choeng Mon beach, about a 5-10 minute walk away, and looks just like the pictures. The spacious, clean villa had everything we needed, down to the smallest details. We’ll definitely be back in the near future!

The pool was pristine, and every room was designed beautifully with comfort in mind. The views were breathtaking, and the luxurious amenities made every detail feel just right. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel pampered throughout the stay. It’s a perfect spot for relaxing or exploring Koh Samui. Highly recommended, and we can’t wait to return!

We stayed as a group, so having four bathrooms was a great touch. The strong air conditioning, which we badly needed, and filtered water were welcome too. We also booked the private chef for one night, and the food was amazing. The staff and service were great, taking care of everything while rarely being visible. We spent a few nights there in Sep 23. The marble feature wall really stands out, and the pool and outdoor entertaining area were perfect, with a view out over the sea. Stunning, absolutely stunning. We’ll be back.
