My deluxe villa was a two-bedroom unit with two full bathrooms and three air conditioners. It was downstairs, with a balcony there and a private patio upstairs, though the patio furniture was filthy and old. You can see the ocean from both balconies. The room was nice, if dated, and had bath, hand and beach towels. In October 2023 it cost 1800 baht on Agoda. A few things affected my rating. The large ceramic water pots used as decorations may attract mosquitoes. The pool looked a bit green and old, though I couldn’t tell whether the water itself was green or the tiles had stained algae. I saw people swimming but didn’t, since I was there for the beach. The woman at the front desk room on the right was very nice, but there isn’t really a front desk. You enter at the front and knock on the door to the right. I asked about getting a taxi for 6:45 in the morning and she said she’d call one. In the morning she didn’t answer when I knocked a few times, and I was also trying to return the key. I left it on the ledge by her door and walked out, then 20-30 meters to get a taxi. We stayed in the cheapest room, facing the street, and were surprised that there wasn’t much noise at night. For a quieter stay, ask for a room nearer the beach. The resort is small, right on the main road, with the beach close by and a small pool. Our room was quiet, spacious and comfortable, with a good king-size bed, a cabinet, chairs and room for luggage. The kitchen had pretty much everything, from a kettle and microwave to dishes, cutlery and pans. The bathroom was modern, clean and roomy, and there was strong air conditioning, lots of TV channels and a little balcony. What more do you need? 😂

Our oceanfront villa had plenty of room for four, and it was great value for what we got. We liked sitting out on the deck in the morning and at sunset. When the sea was calm, a quick swim was nice too. Our unit was quiet, set farther back from the busy road, and the staff were friendly, informative and happy to accommodate requests. Highly recommend.

It’s hard to believe this place is rated three stars. Of all my travels, this has been the nicest experience. The villas were beautifully decorated, clean and lovely inside and out, with all the amenities of home. It also felt private, with an uncrowded pool and beach access. The staff were the nicest people I’ve come across so far. I don’t usually give five stars, but this place deserves them.

The living room had plenty of facilities, and the bedroom and bathroom were very clean. The air conditioning was quiet and cool. Each room and villa has a small kitchen and balcony. It’s an elegant place near the sea in a quiet area of Samui island. Simple breakfast is served from 7 a.m. - 10 a.m., and parking is along the road in front of the villa.
