We loved our 9-night stay and would happily return. The villa was spotless and beautifully presented, with fantastic architecture. Staff were friendly, respectful and efficient. They washed up twice a day and changed the bed linen daily. Airport transfers were arranged by the villa manager over email, with smooth communication all the way through. Clothes washing and food shopping or delivery were available for separate, reasonable charges, and we got refrigerated bottled water every day at no extra charge. The pool was beautiful, with a relaxing view over the treetops and ocean. Aircon in the lounge and bedrooms made April's humid heat easier to live with. Our teenage son loved the pool table and the smart TV apps for streaming our family favourites on the great sofa suite. Takeaways and taxis were easy to arrange on Grab, though having a car was useful too. The hills to the villa are steep, but the drive felt perfectly safe. We also met a friendly Tokay Gecko (Gordon). Loved it, and thoroughly recommend it!

We stayed four nights and could happily have stayed longer. The views are stunning, the villa has everything we needed, and the staff were fantastic. They made delicious Thai food, especially the green curry, which I definitely recommend trying. It's a great choice for a quiet family holiday or a relaxing retreat if you'd rather avoid the bustle. Renting a car makes getting around easier, though the management company was quick and efficient at arranging taxis at very fair prices. Once you're there, there's not much incentive to leave anyway.
