The pool was a lovely place to unwind after exploring, and the whole property felt clean, modern and well cared for, almost like a new hotel. The comfortable interiors and atmosphere seemed thoughtfully put together. Its position in Ao Nang is ideal for getting around, between the canyon with its breathtaking views and the Main Street. Even with everything so accessible, it felt peaceful and private, never crowded or noisy. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return or recommend it.

The manager avoided speaking with us throughout our stay, despite our repeated requests, and hid behind employees instead of addressing the problem. The next morning, the receptionist seemed to laugh about what had happened rather than take it seriously. That made an already frustrating situation worse. We’d booked two rooms for four nights through Booking.com. On arrival, one room had stained sheets and moldy spots on the curtains. We told reception right away and asked for fresh sheets. When we came back later, the stains were still there. After we complained again and showed photos, we went to dinner. Around 11 PM, we found the sheets had only been turned over, not replaced. We asked to move rooms, but were told the hotel was full. The night shift employee tried to help but didn’t seem to have housekeeping experience. We had to help him change the bedding, and he couldn’t find a duvet cover. We finally went to bed at 2 AM between two fitted sheets, with the blanket on top to avoid touching it directly. For a 4-star hotel, this hygiene and management were unacceptable. This was honestly my worst hotel experience, and I wouldn’t choose it again.

The hotel never picked us up from the airport, so after waiting a long time we had to find our own way there. We then discovered that the advertised 10-minute walk to the beach wasn’t true. The location felt slummy and inaccessible, and we needed a taxi to reach the beach. The bedrooms were outdated, with rock-hard beds, and we had several communication problems because the receptionists didn’t speak English well. If you’re going to Krabi, stay closer to the beach.

The pool area was relaxing, and the bar there was a nice bonus. It was a brilliant stay at a comfortable, clean hotel. Everyone at reception went out of their way to make us comfortable, especially Bee, who really went above and beyond.
