Fishering Home by OYO Rooms

I was left without shelter for two nights, and that was my last money. I arrived expecting a confirmed stay, but there was no valid booking or accommodation, and nobody took responsibility. This was one of the worst places I've ever dealt with. OYO 682 Fishering Home apparently ended its partnership with OYO, yet Booking.com and OYO are still advertising and selling it as an operating hotel. The property has written confirmation that it doesn't accept OYO bookings and says it isn't responsible for overbookings or other problems caused by OYO. For a refund, you're given a piece of paper with phone numbers and told to handle it yourself. I trusted Booking.com and OYO to check their listings, and that trust was completely broken. There was no apology, support, or emergency help, just abandonment. This could have ended much worse than sleeping on a beach. Advertising a place that no longer works with OYO is misleading at best and dangerous at worst. Travelers may arrive tired, late, and carrying their luggage, only to end up without a place to stay. This isn't a small mistake, it's gross negligence. Do NOT book or trust this listing. Booking.com and OYO should remove it immediately.
