The location was the one thing we liked. We visited in December, when hotels were extremely expensive, and this place was relatively affordable in high season. We only booked one night and left early the next morning. We spent most of the night outside because we wanted to spend as little time in the room as possible. The room itself was basic, which was fine, but it didn't feel clean. There was hair on the pillows, as though they hadn't been changed after the last guests, and the sheets looked dirty, almost as if they hadn't been replaced in a long time. We've stayed in many hotels throughout Thailand, and this was one of the worst so far. I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for a clean place. In the end, you get what you pay for.

They cancelled our booking at the last minute, just three days before we were due to arrive, even though we'd paid in full months earlier. That caused a lot of stress, and by then other places were either fully booked or very expensive. Think twice before booking if you don't want to end up in that situation.

For 600 baht a night, it was a very cheap, basic hotel. Everything in the room was okay and the AC worked fine. There were cheap drinks downstairs, and the Pier was only a three-minute walk away. The hostels across the street cost twice as much.

I had a really good stay at Krabi Grand Hotel. The facilities were clean, the price was good, and it's close to the night market. Thanks! I'd suggest booking in person, since they can offer a cheaper rate.
