The rooms were fine, and being right beside a market was handy. But there's no lift, which is a real hassle if you're on an upper floor with several big bags. Some of the younger staff spoke a little English. The older person we dealt with didn't, and was rude, ignoring and shooing us away even after we used Google Translate to ask our question in Thai.

We were given room 307, a spacious room with a double bed, a single bed and a balcony looking toward the street and river. It was very clean, and I had no complaints about the room except that you can't use the shower hands-free. There was free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a mini fridge, though the fridge only had power when the room key was powering the room. Breakfast was at a cafe across the street, with a choice of an American-style meal of eggs, sausage or bacon or ham, toast and coffee, or an Asian option of fried rice or noodles with your choice of protein. Check-in was confusing because they couldn't find our booking, so we had to show the booking email and rate. They take cash only, but there's an ATM around the corner.

Even though we made the reservation a month ahead, the hotel was fully booked. The staff smelled of alcohol and seemed drunk.
