C-Sky Beach Resort

It's good value, with friendly staff and the beach just across the small road. But the thin bungalow curtains let light into the room at night and sunrise makes it bright early, which made it hard to sleep well. Thicker curtains would make this a much nicer stay.

There's a small pool at the resort, and the beach is right across the road. It had some trash, so it wasn't the best beach, though it wasn't the worst either. The place is a little way from Laem Sing 'downtown', which may suit anyone after some quiet. Rooms are spacious and fairly clean, and the beds are okay. The thin curtains let light in at night, which might bother some people.

Laem Sing is small and doesn't have many tourists. We enjoyed the free bicycles for exploring, and breakfast was freshly made at our place. The owner was really friendly. A lovely spot if you want a quiet beach and friendly people.

We'd love to come back. The garden is lovely, and the recently renewed pool with Jacuzzis is especially nice. It's small, but still plenty of room to relax or read. We stayed in the bungalows by the beach, and found the houses and grounds clean and comfortable. Mr Kamol and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There are several good local restaurants nearby with fresh, delicious seafood and authentic Thai food at very good prices. Other sights aren't too far away, and Chantaburi town is about half an hour by car. Breakfast is very basic. A local road runs near the beach and our bungalows, though there are very few cars and motorbikes; they plan to add a small fence for children's safety.
