We only stayed because I was taking my family to Dreamworld the next day. We arrived late, around 8 or 9, and the front desk was closed. A drunk but enthusiastic security guard took us to the room. For 850, it was clean enough. The beds were stiff and the pillows felt like trash bags. It also sounded like someone in the next room was running a paper printer, or maybe a 3D printer, all night. It was loud enough to be annoying. On the plus side, the aircon was super cold and the water was hot.

The location worked well for food and nearby malls, but living there was a frustrating experience. Bugs kept appearing in the wooden corners, including small cockroaches and spiders, and insect spray didn’t get rid of them. Several things in the room were broken, like the bulbs, hanging rail, and toilet seat, and nothing was fixed for a month. I also paid for a shower curtain for a month but never received it, and had to ask for a refund. When I moved out, they charged ฿1,000 for cleaning, a fee I hadn’t heard about during the rental. From my experience, there were no monthly rentals, only contracts for six months to a year. Rent was around ฿4,500-฿5,300 or more depending on the room, with a month’s rent paid upfront and a security deposit. Mine cost ฿8,000. For the price, I found the place dirty and the service unsatisfactory.

The rooms looked nothing like the photos, and the staff came across as indifferent, unprofessional, and somewhat rude. I was charged 5k for a month, plus a 6k deposit. As a white tourist, especially traveling alone, I felt there was a high chance of discrimination, being overcharged, or being defrauded. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Easy check-in and check-out, and the deal was good value. The room was clean.
