I was completely disappointed. I don't pay $30 a night just to be charged for a dirty towel. Management handled it poorly: I had a sick girl who needed to get to the hospital, but they made me wait so they could show me the towel they wanted to charge me for. Ever heard that the customer is always right? Apparently not.

The inside looks nice, but the bed wasn't clean. They spray perfume in the room, which isn't good if you're allergic.

The location is great, with a 7/11 downstairs, plenty of food choices around, and several pharmacies. The alley is narrow and busy, though, so a first-time visitor may have some trouble finding it. My room was roomy, clean, and good value, and the staff member looking after me was sweet and polite.

I was happy with my stay. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly, though the front desk isn't always open, so reaching someone with an urgent question can be difficult. On the first floor there's a convenience store, with a supermarket and lots of street food nearby. A big shopping complex and a small, lively night market are within an 800-meter walk.

There are a 7-11, market, and restaurants downstairs, and the room was clean and really comfortable. The air conditioning cooled well. Very good.
