The room’s concrete floor was clean, and the stand-up shower had warm water. Wi-Fi was fast enough, and for the price it was all OK. There’s no clothes cupboard or hair dryer, and the bed stand corners are so sharp they could cut your legs. No breakfast is included, just free coffee, hot tea, and bread. The hotel isn’t very close to town for food, with only one small grocery store nearby.

It’s a quiet place, so it could work if that’s what you want. But Lampang city is quite far, and there’s no 7-11 or supermarket around, with not many restaurants either. It was just so-so, neither too nice nor too bad. If you want to be near restaurants, a coffee shop, or a 7-11, I’d pick another hotel.

This is my fourth stay at @Home Boutique Patong, and the staff have taken good care of me as a returning guest. I’m still happy with the low price for a big 30 sqm Deluxe room with a balcony. The location works well for me, a short walk from Patong beach, Bangla night street, Jangceylon shopping mall, and Banzan market. There’s a pharmacy, supermarket, and police station nearby, and I feel the security is good. I highly recommend it to tourists and travelers. If you want to rent a car in Phuket, Orange car Phuket is the only option, found quickly on Google.

The rooms are clean and have a TV, water heater, and refrigerator. The price is affordable, it’s not far from the city, and there’s parking.
