Baan Chiang Bed Lampang

It’s a quiet neighborhood north of the city, though a little far from a store. We had an easy, restful night here and would have no problem returning or recommending it to someone looking for a peaceful stay in the area. There was no noise, and parking on the street or in the small lot was easy. It’s a friendly family-run place. The beds were very comfortable, with a big, clean fluffy quilt, and I slept really well. The rooms and towels were clean too. Our room had a mini fridge, a desk with a working lamp, and a small balcony where you could sit with a chair. I got a few hours of computer work done. They have wireless, though I didn’t use it. For 600 Baht a night, the room was pretty big. The shower was hot, and the aircon kept us cool on a hot night.

I came for three nights, then added two more because I liked the hotel so much. The interiors are great, with spacious rooms and nice-looking furniture, plus a nice homemade breakfast spot. It was my best experience in Thailand. If you’re visiting Lampang, stay here. You won’t regret it.

I booked online and paid cash in person. It’s a lovely area to walk around Lampang, and the place was very nice, clean, and quiet.

The owners are friendly, and the guest house is cozy with a great price. Getting around the city is pretty easy from here, and there are parking spots in front.
