The owners are lovely, which is why I gave it four stars. It’s a cute, clean place with fair prices, drinking water, coffee, soap, and towels, plus somewhere to eat. The location works well for exploring the city, and it’s suitable for couples or groups. The room felt as clean as a local homestay, and it’s basic but good value. The downstairs is concrete with an en-suite bathroom; upstairs is wood, with the bathroom downstairs, but that arrangement wasn’t difficult. The entrance is hard to spot, though. The signage is poor, so you’ll need GPS to find it.

There’s a metal bed, Wi-Fi, hot water, a working TV, and cool air conditioning inside. The place is quiet and affordable, and feels like good value. The parking area has a large roof that fits four cars, plus one more space in front of the room, and there’s a fence around the property. The entrance feels dark and deserted, but in the daytime it’s comfortable.

Clean rooms at friendly prices, with spacious, safe, convenient parking. This is a family-run place where everyone makes you feel like family, warm and welcoming. I was extremely impressed and will use their services again. Whenever I’m in Lampang and someone asks where to stay, I always recommend it.

It’s quiet here, though a little spooky, haha. The TV in the downstairs room gets poor reception, with a blurry picture and only a few channels that you can watch. They should improve it.
