The front desk staff were warm and friendly, and the hotel is right in the downtown area, about 2 km from the bus terminal. Bars, restaurants, 7-Eleven, and coffee shops are all within walking distance. My room was very spacious and clean, though not luxurious. The A/C was strong and the shower had good hot-water flow. There's a lift but no fitness room, and breakfast isn't served. They do offer free coffee and tea in the lobby every morning. Fantastic stay and great value for the money. I'll definitely stay again when I'm in town.

An older hotel right in the middle of town, but it's been kept up well and updated nicely. The room furnishings were clean, in good condition, and nice. There's a large lot behind the building with some covered parking. Inexpensive and good value.

The staff were really kind, and there's a nice inner courtyard. We arrived close to 3am and checked in quickly since check-in is available 24 hours. In Loei, the hotel is close to street food and a big park. The rooms were spacious and clean. Very good hotel.

The location is great for getting to the night market walking street, canal, and main park, which are right behind the hotel. Parking is out back, and there's an entrance from there too, so you can go straight to the lobby without walking around to the front. It feels like a luxury business hotel, probably like it did when it first opened. They've done a fantastic job keeping it up to date and fresh. Reception is professional, and the rooms are well furnished and maintained.
