Roongthiwa resort Phurua

The room was generally good, but I had a rough stay because of the management. On my first night, the power went out and the water heater was broken. The electricity failed again in the middle of the day. Luckily, it was winter and not hot. There was also a small party on the night of December 30, 2022. I’m not sure whether it was family or guests. After 11:00 PM, the music was very loud outside my room, and it woke me up. My boyfriend asked them to turn it down a bit. There were two small children sleeping in our room, and thankfully they did turn the music off. But when I went back upstairs, the noise was loud again, and it took me a while to fall asleep. At 5:00 AM, I’m not sure whether it was the same group or a different one, people woke each other up early by knocking on doors and talking without considering the other rooms. Overall, the place was good, but the loud noise was a bad part of my stay.

I was so impressed with the well-kept rooms and the light breakfast. It feels just right for a trip, with lots of nearby places to visit, including temples and a park for watching the sunrise. You can find strawberries, dragon fruit, berries, and passion fruit too. And the grilled pork! Oh my god, sitting out in the cold and eating it for 99 baht per person is so satisfying. Will you come back next winter? Ask yourself... ^_^"

My friends liked the spacious room. The service was average.

I stayed in a large room with two bathrooms and two air conditioners, one on each floor.
