I stayed in a very comfortable, clean bungalow with AC and a private bathroom. It was a cute space in Lop Buri and well worth the price. The restaurant was open even on Wednesdays, when a night market sets up right in the street out front. I ate there once, and they easily accommodated a vegan diet. The vegetarian menu is large, the servers know the dishes, and I had a delicious stir-fry. The staff are friendly and speak English.

The bar and restaurant are a real treat, with great drinks, even better BBQ, and nice company. The place is clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It’s also well located, just a stone’s throw from the train station and monkey temple, with good local amenities. What a find in Lopburi! The photos don’t do it justice. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here.

I’d have stayed in Lopburi longer just to eat more of their food. The BBQ is fantastic, a Thai take on Texas-style BBQ. I tried the ribs, chicken, and potato salad. The ribs were tender and falling off the bone, while the chicken thigh was juicy and smoky. They use local herbs and wood to replace ingredients that are hard to get from America, and it makes a lovely mix of textures and flavors. Don’t skip the lemon soda, it goes perfectly with the rich meat.

The curry was the best I’ve had in Thailand. Nice people run this calm place, with cool retro music, and everything was very clean, even the restroom. Thanks for the experience. I didn’t check the rooms, so I can’t rate them.

The restaurant and bar are well worth a visit. The place is super cozy, the food is delicious, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. There are great vegetarian options too.
